A non-refundable deposit is required to schedule an appointment for procedures. The deposit will be credited to the total on the day of the procedure. The area of work must be sanitized with cleaning products containing CHLORINE, this may cause permanent discoloration on clothing; please take this in consideration Before care for permanent make up: Do not work out the day of the procedure. Do not tan or have sunburned face. Do not take Aspirin, Niacin,Vitamin E or Ibuprofen 24 hours before procedure. No alcohol or caffeine on the day of the procedure. No waxing or tinting 3 days before. * EYES PMU: If you wear contacts you will need to remove them for the procedure and need to bring regular glasses to be use the rest of the day (maybe a driver will be handy). *LIPS0 PMU: If you are prone to cold sores you will need to ask your doctor for a preventing treatment for it to avoid an eruption due to the procedure. ANTIBIOTICS: If you are required to be on antibiotics prior to any type of procedure you will need doctor clearance for the procedure. Permanent makeup is NOT recommended for any clients who are or have: • Pregnant or nursing. • Diabetic (consult your doctor). • Undergoing Chemotherapy (consult your doctor). • Viral infections and/or diseases. • Epilepsy. • A Pacemaker or major heart problems. • Had an Organ transplant. • Skin irritations or Psoriasis near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.). • Sick (cold, flu, etc.). • Had Botox in the past 2 months. • Used Accutane in the past year.
