Complementary Touch-Up service Expires 12 weeks after the first procedure date and is your responsibility to schedule it; must be "scheduled for" no less than 4 weeks and no more than 12 weeks after the first service date. This complementary service must be scheduled within this given frame of time only, use it or lose it. If your complementary touch-up service has expired or if a follow up service might by necessary, it must be schedule as a "Touch-up" and is NOT covered by the first full price service. All first time services need to have a second service to complete the procedure. A $50 Consultation Fee is required to schedule a consultation appointment. The deposit will be credited to the Procedure Cost if you're proceeding with it.
"Consultation Fee" and "Booking Deposits"are NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
"Over the phone Consultations" have no cost, but needs scheduled via text to 865-2589520, so we can answer some of your questions for you to make a better informed decision.
If you have a previously done cosmetic tattoo service done by another artist outside Lulu Salon please text us a photo of the area to be treated before you schedule any service so we can evaluate the needs and schedule an "Over the phone consultation".
All services have a in person consultation, there is always time before the procedure to talk about the service. If after the consultation the service is not a good fit for you a the time and can not be performed that day there will be No Refunds of the deposit.
Remember, the "consultation fee" is NOT-Refundable. The consultation fee will be applied towards your service fee if you decide to get the service.
All first time services need to have a second service to complete the procedure. In some cases a third service might necessary and must be scheduled, this is not covered by the first full price service.
All cosmetic tattoos will age and are expected to fade with time, for that reason we recommend to come back yearly to get a "Follow up Color booster".

COSMETIC TATTOO IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS WHO:
ARE PREGNANT OR LACTATING
HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE OR A HEART CONDITION, DIABETES, GLAUCOMA, HERPES SIMPLEX, AN ALLERGY TO MAKEUP, ACUTE ACNE IN THE TREATMENT AREA, HYPERTROPHIC SCARRING OR KELOIDS, SPIDER VEINS OR A BIRTHMARK IN THE AREA THEY WANT TO BE TREATED, A BLOOD DISORDER E.G. SICKLE CELL ANEMIA, HAEMOPHILIA OR A PLATELET DISORDER.

A non-refundable deposit is required to schedule an appointment for procedures. The deposit will be credited to the total on the day of the procedure.

The area of work must be sanitized with cleaning products containing CHLORINE, this may cause permanent discoloration on clothing; please take this in consideration

* EYES PMU: If you wear contacts you will need to remove them for the procedure and need to bring regular glasses to be use the rest of the day (maybe a driver will be handy).

*LIPS0 PMU: If you are prone to cold sores you will need to ask your doctor for a preventing treatment for it to avoid an eruption due to the procedure.

ANTIBIOTICS: If you are required to be on antibiotics prior to any type of procedure you will need doctor clearance for the procedure.

Permanent makeup is NOT recommended for any clients who are or have:
• Pregnant or nursing.
• Diabetic (consult your doctor).
• Undergoing Chemotherapy (consult your doctor).
• Viral infections and/or diseases.
• Epilepsy.
• A Pacemaker or major heart problems.
• Had an Organ transplant.
• Skin irritations or Psoriasis near the treated area (rashes, sunburn, acne, etc.).
• Sick (cold, flu, etc.).
• Had Botox in the past 2 months.
• Used Accutane in the past year.

Wow just wow, I came in for nipple tattoos today after a double mastectomy and I was so nervous and scared and she made me feel so good about it all.
