A $50 Consultation Fee is required to schedule a consultation appointment. The deposit will be credited to the Procedure Cost if you're proceeding with it.
"Consultation Fee" and "Booking Deposits"are NON-REFUNDABLE, NO EXCEPTIONS.
"Over the phone Consultations" have no cost, but needs scheduled via text to 865-2589520, so we can answer some of your questions for you to make a better informed decision.
If you have a previously done cosmetic tattoo service done by another artist outside Lulu Salon please text us a photo of the area to be treated before you schedule any service so we can evaluate the needs and schedule an "Over the phone consultation".
All services have a in person consultation, there is always time before the procedure to talk about the service. If after the consultation the service is not a good fit for you a the time and can not be performed that day there will be No Refunds of the deposit.
Remember, the "consultation fee" is NOT-Refundable. The consultation fee will be applied towards your service fee if you decide to get the service.
All first time services need to have a second service to complete the procedure. In some cases a third service might necessary and must be scheduled, this is not covered by the first full price service.
All cosmetic tattoos will age and are expected to fade with time, for that reason we recommend to come back yearly to get a "Follow up Color booster".
COSMETIC TATTOO IS NOT RECOMMENDED FOR THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS WHO:
ARE PREGNANT OR LACTATING
HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE OR A HEART CONDITION, DIABETES, GLAUCOMA, HERPES SIMPLEX, AN ALLERGY TO MAKEUP, ACUTE ACNE IN THE TREATMENT AREA, HYPERTROPHIC SCARRING OR KELOIDS, SPIDER VEINS OR A BIRTHMARK IN THE AREA THEY WANT TO BE TREATED, A BLOOD DISORDER E.G. SICKLE CELL ANEMIA, HAEMOPHILIA OR A PLATELET DISORDER.
SUFFER FROM CERTAIN SKIN CONDITIONS E.G. RASHES, BLISTERS, PSORIASIS OR ECZEMA.
TAKE BLOOD-THINNERS SUCH AS ASPIRIN OR SIMILAR MEDICATION, STEROIDS SUCH AS CORTISONE, ACCUTANE, RETIN-A OR RENOVA.
ARE SUSCEPTIBLE TO POST-INFLAMMATORY HYPERPIGMENTATION.
This is not a medical facility and the artists at Lulu Salon don't have de faculty to determine if it's ok for you to get any sort of tattoos.
You must be 18 years old to get a tattoo and as such we're all responsible adults, when in doubt call your doctor to confirm if you're in good health to get a tattoo.
Do not work out the day of the procedure.
Do not tan or have sunburned face,
No waxing or tinting 3 days before.
Do not take Alcohol, Aspirin, Niacin, Vitamin E, Ibuprofen or blood thinners 48 hours before procedure Consult with your Dr. before stopping any medications.
No alcohol or caffeine on the day of the procedure.
